What can I say about Georgetown Piano Bar? Well, I love it! I think it's one of the best bars in the area. I've known the staff and owners for years from back when they were down the street at the old Mr. Smith's. Spencer (Sunday to Tuesday and most Wednesdays) and Hunter (Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) really do great on the piano and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The bartenders and waitstaff are equally friendly and always make sure your drink is full. It can get a little busy on the weekends, especially during the school year, so I tend to come in more on the week nights when it's a bit more calm. Great place to bring your friends and enjoy some wonderful live music. If you know what you're doing and work it out with the piano players, they'll usually let you sing along! I've also hosted a few parties and events here and the owners and staff are very accommodating. Oh, and don't overlook the food! It's a small menu, but the food is delicious and all freshly prepared. Surprising treat, you won't be disappointed!

Great happy hour from 5-7. Half off appetizers and $5 draft beer and wine. Fantastic staff and super lively and talented piano player. It was easy to both talk and enjoy the music: it’s not too loud like other reviewers said. We had a lot of fun singing along and requesting songs. White pizza and spinach artichoke dip were great.

It’s been a long two years, but I tried to support this place as much as possible because they can’t go anywhere. They are THE hidden gem of Georgetown. Was there tonight at Asheley was mesmerizing on piano, the wine bottles were half off, and the vibes were perfect. I felt like I was in a movie.

Great atmosphere, if you get to see Hunter play it’s a real treat, if you haven’t seen him it’s worth coming out just for that! Very reasonably priced drinks for Georgetown and surprisingly good food for a piano bar! Every time I come, my friends and I stay longer and drink more than we plan to, come see why!

Fun piano bar, the vibes were great and the drinks were decent for the price. The performers are all great and we loved how easy it was to request a song.

If you want to sing and drink you are gonna love this place... The food is not good at all, we ordered some wings, and they tasted like old oil, and lack of flavor, only the French fries were ok... I don't drink alcohol, but they have o'duls's my favorite non alcoholic drink

Super great vibe. No cover fee. We came in on a Saturday night and had a great time. The ambiance was fun, the music was great. Lovely sense of camaraderie in the bar. And lots of young people!

I don’t get the negative reviews, everyone was super friendly, servers picking up stuff from our table promptly, and nachos were good enough for a go-along-with-drinks snack. Both the pianists were on fire all night, the crowd was fun, and the drinks were good. I would recommend coming a little early if you want a table but you’ll want to stand around the piano anyway! We were also able to Venmo for our song requests and they sang them just 3 songs later! Will definitely be back!

Had an absolute blast here with friends and family... Great music, great fun, awesome drinks, the dueling pianos were fantastic. Definitely stopping by anytime we're in or near the DC area. Hunter was incredibly talented and made the whole evening.

I love the Georgetown Piano Bar! The food and drinks are amazing, and the entertainment is always top-notch. The pianists are incredibly talented and very friendly and approachable. The Piano Bar also hosts New Year’s Eve parties, and they are always a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
